II Conference on Membrane Bioreactors
Kubota Membrane Europe and Hera Amasa were present at Spain´s II Conference on Membrane Bio Reactors organized by the University of Barcelona. After the success of the first edition in July 2007, this second event exceeded both attendance and quality of the presentations. The debates generated at the end of the sessions confirmed the maturity that this technology has reached in the Spanish wastewater industry, which is now clearly focused on tertiary treatment upgrades and reuse. Hera Amasa presented the new KUBOTA RW400 module and the preliminary experiences at Sabadell MBR, KUBOTA´s largest municipal MBR now being commissioned.
